Contract Specifications

Our role is to ensure that your contracts for your organisation’s services and products are of an appropriate type and level of service expected and required to complete a part or complete process or project.

Specifying requirements to reflect your organisation’s actual requirements, those of its customers and other interested parties is not a trivial matter and must be adequately addressed. Our contract specification service reviews the actual ‘need’ for a service specifications and/or service level agreements (SLAs). The purpose of each and the ways in which they are expected to contribute to the effective management of services provision are identified. Performance monitoring and quality assurance are also considered.
